23rd Veteran Now in house at the Bong

We are proud to announce the arrival of Frances Wittenberg in the office at the Richard I. Bong Center, and introduce her as the 23rd Veteran Events Manager.

New relationship with 23rd Veteran Organization

We are always looking for ways to support veterans, and programs for veterans, and we are excited to say 23rd Veteran is sharing some of our office space.

We are proud to announce the arrival of Frances Wittenberg and introduce her as the 23rd Veteran Events Manager.

Frances is a proud mother of three awesome children, a veteran, and an advocate for change. She brings a wealth of experience in leadership, community engagement, team collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. After serving in the U.S. Air Force for over 21 years, her involvement with the 23rd Veteran organization and her passion for supporting her community and fellow veterans will help strengthen our relationships throughout the Twin Ports.

23rd Veteran is a non-profit founded in 2025 by Marine Corps Veteran Mike Waldron. They strive to make a difference in helping other veterans find their hope and happiness through positive trigger reassociation and training in a lifestyle that maintains a healthy level of baseline brain chemicals attributed to happiness.
